Donation Request Form

Corso's is very involved in the community, and known for giving back to local charities, schools, and other non-profits. To apply for a donation from Corso's please download and fill out the form below. Email the completed form to claudia@corsos.com, or simply bring the form to the store. We will evaluate your request from there. All requests are reviewed on the 15th of each month. If your request is approved, we will reach out to you accordingly.

If you do not hear from us, it is likely we have hit our donation quota for that time period. We receive numerous requests each month.
